“Strive to live up to what is right, what is just, and what is true,” Ms. Jaana Abenes said in her opening message, discussing this week’s Public Service Value, at the Flag-Raising Ceremony of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bauang on February 10, 2025. LGU Bauang, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III, conducted the Ceremony with LGU Bauang Officials, Department Heads, employees, and line agencies. The Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator’s (MPDC) Office, led by Ms. Florence B. Rulloda, hosted the Ceremony.

The MPDC presented their Accomplishment Report, which included the highlights of 2024 at LGU Bauang, particularly events like the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Assessment and the State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) 2024 of Mayor Martin De Guzman.

In her final line, Ms. Abenes said, “The fruits of being faithful to Him and His commandments shall be reaped not only by us, but even by a thousand generations after us.”
