The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bauang, under the committed leadership of Municipal Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III, successfully conducted a pay-out for beneficiaries of the Aid to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) program on Monday, February 3, 2025. The distribution was facilitated through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), led by Ms. Arlie R. Alonzo, RSW.

Present in the distribution were Municipal Vice Mayor Henry A. Bacurnay, Jr., Sangguniang Bayan Member Hon. Tanya Roberta A. De Guzman, Municipal Administrator for Operations Wilson Samuel C. Caluza, and members of the MSWDO.

A total of 325 beneficiaries received financial assistance under various categories of medical, burial, food subsistence support, livelihood assistance, emergency shelter aid, and educational assistance.

In addition, 132 solo parents received cash assistance under the Solo Parent Subsidy program, aimed at supporting single parents in providing for their families.

Mayor Martin De Guzman is dedicated to leading LGU Bauang in providing financial assistance to local residents in need. LGU Bauang remains committed to prioritizing social welfare initiatives, ensuring that aid reaches the most vulnerable members of the community.
