The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bauang, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III, had its Flag-Raising Ceremony on January 13, 2025. The General Services Office (GSO), led by Engr. Lourdes Gapasin, hosted the Ceremony, with the Public Service Value, “Integrity.”

In attendance were Sangguniang Bayan Members, Department Heads, employees, and line agencies.

“No matter what kind of integrity a situation demands, let us endeavor to walk upright for it is the only way to live right,” Engr. Gapasin said in her speech.

For their final message, Engr. Donna Lorna Oca quoted C.S. Lewis, “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.”
