The Yellow Team bested other teams at the chorale competition for Employees Day on December 23, 2024. The teams were composed of the best singers of each department of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bauang.

Other winners were: White, Green, Violet, and Red Team. Each team prepared their performances weeks ahead of the event.

In the morning, a Holy Mass and a Gender Sensitivity Training (discussed by Mr. Hedrich Calderon) was held to set the tone for the event. In his discussion, Mr. Calderon emphasized that gender discrimination should be abolished, as gender rights are human rights.

The afternoon brought forth intermission numbers from talented employees, board of judges, and officials. The most-awaited Chorale Competition took place in which teams presented their colorful costumes and melodious hymns with matching choreography.

Other awards were presented in the event, including the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) 2024 and the winners of the Sportsfest / One-Day League.

The Regional Director for the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Ms. Reggie R. Colisao also graced the event and provided her inspirational message, following the awarding of the prestigious SGLG 2024.
