Another Aid to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) pay-out, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III, has been granted to 500 beneficiaries last November 14, 2024. The pay-out was donated by the Office of Senator Manuel “Lito” M. Lapid. The event commenced at the Bauang North Central School (BNCS) Sports Complex. It was organized by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), led by Ms. Arlie R. Alonzo, RSW. The Master of the Ceremony was Mr. Jovan P. Lanang, Local Youth Development Officer (LYDO) from the MSWDO. Also present in the event was Hon. Tanya Roberta A. De Guzman, Sangguniang Bayan Member (SBM).
