Municipal Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III officiated the Oath-Taking of Mr. Kyle Shanley Dumpit last August 5, 2024 at the Municipal Mayor’s Office. Also present were Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation President Rich Carlo A. Barnachea, Ms. Evangeline Racca De Guzman, Local Legislative Staff Employee from the Sangguniang Bayan Office (SBO) and Ms. Elvira De Guzman, Administrative Aide, from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). Mr. Dumpit will be assuming the position of SK Chairperson at Barangay Pottot, Bauang, La Union effective immediately.
