Bauang, La Union | July 18, 2024

Led by Provincial Governor Raphaelle “Rafy” Ortega-David and Municipal Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III, Bauang celebrated the National Disability Rights Week 2024 at the Bauang North Central School (BNCS) Sports Complex. It has a theme of: “Promoting Inclusion: Celebrating Abilities and Advocating Access.”

In the morning, there was a casting or assessment of prosthesis. In the afternoon, the program commenced. A series of officials from La Union and Bauang delivered their respective speeches.

The Search for Mr. and Ms. ELYUSPEDTACULAR 2024 was also held at the program.

This program was possible through the La Union Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), Bauang Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), Sangguniang Provincial Members, and Sangguniang Bayan Members.
