Nagkaroon ng 7th Regular Session ang Liga ng mga Barangay sa Farmer’s Hall, Municipal Building. Ang Presiding Officer ay si Hon. Edgar B. Beninsig, Presidente ng Association of Barangay Captains (ABC).

Nagkaroon ng pagdarasal, pag-awit ng Pambansang Awit, La Union Hymn, at Bauang Hymn.

Tinalakay muna ang Minutes of the Meeting ng nakaraang pagtitipon.
